The people that were there , on a SUNDAY no less , were really great people. Very down to earth and understanding of our particular situation. I wish I knew their names , the lady behind the desk and the driver that brought my daughter's car in made sure that we had time to get what we needed from the car that day and called to make sure again before they even let the insurance company take the car. You guys are the best ! Thank you again for all your help

I called the first time & the girl Lilly who answered gave me a price & ETA of 20-30 mins. I called back after that 30 mins to ask where the tow truck was & she hung up on me. Then I called again the third time & she put me on hold for 10mins. At this point I was already talking to different towing companies but unfortunately none of them were close to me & the ETA was a long wait. Then I was finally about to talk to her again after the 4th time calling. Her excuses was she was too busy & forgot & then screamed over the phone to me to find a different towing company & stop calling so much. And hung up. At this point I was crying because I couldnt understand how rude someone could be. Furthermore, there were several others at ALDIs who witnessed this nasty call from her & were willing to help me out. They encouraged me to call back one last time & I did. When I called I let Lilly know they were ALDIs employees next to me & that they were waiting on the tow truck as well. She then said she would have a tow truck sent out right away but never once apologized for her behavior. Overall I was VERY DISAPPOINTED with the customer service rep Lilly.
