I called this place because they are currently offering a free AC inspection and spoke to a girl on the phone. I obviously have an AC that needs to be inspected and I want to know what is wrong with it. I'm currently renting and I let her know that and she informed me that the homeowner would have to call and give them permission to come in and take a look at the AC and work in the home. Fine and dandy, I understand that. Before anybody's time was wasted, I am unsure if the job would be too expensive and if my landlord would be willing to pay for it this year because she said she has other stuff she wants to fix first. I, personally, do not want to wait to have my central air fixed until next summer. So I told her I understand that she needs to give permission to come in and work in the home but if she doesn't want to pay for it would we be able to pay for it or even though permission was given to work on the home would they be able to take payment from us, and she immediately got defensive and told me she understood that I was upset but please don't yell at her. At no point in time during this phone conversation was I upset, nor was I yelling. I had her on my speakerphone as I was driving so that could have been why she thought I was yelling but at no point in time was I agitated, upset or yelling, I simply didn't want to waste anyone's time and wanted all the information before contacting my landlord. If you're going to quickly get that upset thinking somebody's yelling at you and think they're upset when they're clearly not, I don't think customer service is right for you. Or might I suggest some thicker skin and some therapy to deal with possibly some unresolved trauma? For heaven's sakes.

Called mid-afternoon, by 6:00 that evening I had a new water heater installed and old one hauled away! Service was excellent and professional. Techs were courteous and cleaned up what little mess that was made. Highly recommend

Had multiple issues with my furnace. A serviceman named Tyler came out both times. Which is great and I've noticed he's very knowledgeable and respectful of my house. The cost was upfront on all they needed to do which was great. I hope they hire more guys like that, I definitely recommend them!
