        I was stunned that I had to pay in advance for parts ordered with an unknown delivery date - "batteries are usual Thursdays" and "the air mass flow sensor is averaging 3 weeks." When I questioned Brian about pre-paying for parts with an unknown delivery date, he told me "it's no different than ordering something on-line." So BMW is not a premier brand with premier service; they are an on-line auto parts and service organization. Hmm. Services: General repairs & maintenance, Battery

        Well run and great staff. Service department is especially good. New 4 series grill is still gross but not the dealers fault.
