Cost Cutters

Totally chopped my hair up and they knew it was wrong. I didnt pay, got 2 free cuts but i will never return. I dont want to blame the stylist that totally had no idea how to cut my hair because she was 1 month out of school and 1 week on the job and was working ALONE! that is management issue, they should have never left her alone. I had to immediatly go to another salon to fix it, it was cut so uneven, 3 inch drop from front to back, she had cut it way way too short in the back and had no idea what to do. The other salon, great clips on state was in shock at what they saw. they said they had never seen a cut so bad. please make sure the stylist isnt new and alone. and watch as they cut. she didnt cut my hair in a method i was used to seeing them do, and i knew at that point to stop and look at it and she actually said it was done, but i said please dont touch my hair again, and left. they didnt make me pay, but i wasnt going to anyway.
