image We checked in, very fast and simple. When we got to our rooms, that's when things started taking a turn for the worst. First, the rooms were not cleaned properly. There were stains on the bed sheets and counters. Secondly, we were checking the beds for any bugs, and we did find some! We found a roach (or bedbug) in between the bed sheets. We told the front desk about it and they accommodated us by letting us switch rooms. The other room was still dirty, but we found no bugs. The towels in the room were disgusting. There were stains and bits of hair on it. The next morning, we woke up and started to itch. The bed sheets weren't properly cleaned, which caused us to itch. Needless to say, I will never be staying here again.

image The guy who works at the front desk on night shift, Oscar, was anything but helpful. Asked for towels and was told im only allowed two towels per room per day. I paid for three nights but he said it doesn't matter. This was also my third time in two nights I came down to the lobby to ask him. My previous two trips were unsuccessful due to him sleeping in the chair in the lobby. He also would not fill the coffee machine at all during his shift. I would ask and he would say "ok", and go back to sleep. I will surely without a doubt not ever never stay here again but also deter anyone I know from doing so. I would not knowingly let q friend experience the same as I did here.
