        It had everything I wanted from a Holiday Inn Express. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great.

        Standard Holiday Inn Express that still seems fairly new. Families with young kids be aware - they only have one crib for the whole hotel and no high chairs for the dining area. Plan accordingly.

        Go ANYWHERE else. I had a very fast experience as they are apparently veted with poor customer service. This was absolutely the worst customer experience I have ever had. I have spent more than $100k in IHG hotels alone in recent years. They didn't even entertain trying to resolve the problem and lied about a refund that didn't happen. I am performing a charge back on the card, reporting the experience with IHG, and the BBB.
