        This is a two star hotel at best. The room was okay. The hot tub was a dark green color, with tons of foam. There was significant trash in the hallways. Customer service was good. Overall the hotel smelled like dirty feet. Safety: Highly unsanitary. Hazardous

        Just an ok enough place to stay. We went with our kids basketball team and all stayed here. The rooms were OK but lots of leftover hair in the bathroom from the precious guest. The team hung out at the lobby the first night and then they didn't want us there after 10 or 11 the next two nights. So that sucked. I guess cramming 30 people in a hotel room is better next to other guests trying to sleep. So we got a conference room off the lobby. Ridiculous pricing though for a few hours we needed it. Check around. I've heard many in the area are better for this type of thing. I won't fo back unless there isn't anything available. Rooms: Just ok. Some remodeling but as a person who remodels the craftsmanship was pretty crappy. Boxes were everywhere in the hotel. I understand since I do this daily and you need to put stuff somewhere but some were people were not happy.

        Room was clean. Bedding needs some TLC. Comfortable enough but not up to Hampton Standards. Plus I was double billed and told to wait 36 hours for a refund or credit to show on my credit card account. A charge shows immediately... a credit takes days?

        Location was ideal because we were at the hospital but this hotel is very dirty. Our room was like it hadn't been cleaned at all. Will not stay here again.
