        Do not do business with this company. They seem to have no idea what they are doing and Ive been refused refunds due to their mistakes. Not to mention they are never in their office. Super bad business.

      Hi Gilbert, thank you for bringing this to our attention. It is policy at Acceptance Insurance that if your payment is not made by 11:59pm on the due date, your policy will lapse. Our agents try to call on the due date of a bill and even two weeks before so payments are made on time.
