Since it was sold, the new owner and staff are TERRIBLE. First of all, they have a very high rate of turnover- if you go in there once every couple/few months, there are different people working there. And those people make MANY MANY mistakes. I decided to buy a different car, called them to switch my insurance, and months later I got my bill, and IT STILL LISTED MY OLD CAR, AND NOT MY NEW CAR!!! All of that time I was driving uninsured! I called them and they told me it was my mistake. Rather than argue, I gave them the info on the new car. After a month or so, I never received my new insurance card. So I called them, and they AGAIN said they had NO record of the change!!! This happened over and over. Then I had an accident (was rear-ended, total loss), and found out they had the WRONG DEDUCTIBLE AMOUNT on my account. I asked them about it, and they AGAIN blamed me! Costed me 500.00. So I get my new car, and ***AGAIN*** they did not add it to my policy, MONTHS LATER. They still listed my old (wrecked) car, AND THEY KNEW IT WAS TOTALED!! Then, once again, they blamed me, told me I had never changed it. They never apologized, tried to make it right, or even acted like they cared.
Forget it, go elsewhere. They are totally unprofessional, rude, hostile, and incompetent.
