ITS ALL good while they are TAKING your money. Been a customer for. Close to FIFTEEN YEARS a with NO ACCIDENTS BEFORE THIS !!!!!!! They will take your money , BUT DONT GET IN ANY ACCIDENTS, and expect to still have car insurance , EVEN IF YOU BEEN A VERY LONG TIME CUSTOMERlike I said close to FIFTEEN a years of paying this company . .. because they will kick you off insurance , and not let you renew it . They dont even have the common decency to send a notice prior to , explaining that hey this is how we operate , this could happen IF . Nope Families go through bad luck and life happens . And this is how they treat their LONG TIME customers . Thats not okay. My dad and my daughter and myself all have had to file an insurance claim one in 2021 , 2 in 2023 (two diff people , two diff cars this year) We have had Shelter for a very Long time as I said . My father especially.. Do they count all the years you had good driving history and not one accident NO . They dont give a damn if you never had an accident in 10 years. But let each person in your family have an ACCIDENT and make a claim within 3 years and see how they kick you off without even explaining anything to you. Thats not customer service . That using you and taking your money . But they dont want to pay out. They just want to profit. Oh yeah and the claims werent like totaled cars or anything. I would have never ever thought in a million years this company would do this to our Family. But its all about money obviously. They want to take BUT not give. Just disgusted with them at this point .
