I wish I could tell you how awesome my experience was. I wanted it to be, trying to help a small business out with a simple task of clearing leaves at my house. I arranged this about a month in advance, and we continued to have communication leading up to the designated time. He asked to delay the task a few days, which was fine. Then he didnt show. We rearranged time again, and again he didnt show. At one point, he promised to be at my house within a hour, but again didnt show. This went on for nearly two weeks before I stopped even trying to make it happen, and went and found another company to do the task. Keith was very nice on the phone, and maybe his intentions are good. But his customer service and professionalism were terrible. Youre rolling the dice trusting this company to show up when they say they will to do business with you. Beware.
