        I scheduled them two weeks ago and no one ever showed up. I was sent an invoice that I could prepay for services. Messaged the employee who signed me up and I was told they would be out. No one ever came.

        They came out and did a treatment on my yard the I was informed of nor did approve of it. They said they called but never left a message. Now I am expected to pay for a service that I did not ask for or approve of. They don't go year to year or make sure they have your approval ( you have to tell them to cancel and they don't call to ask if you want the service for the new year, they just show up and expect you to pay for their mistake. Will never use them again. I will go with a more professional service in the future. Service: Weed control

      Cathy, we’re sorry that you had a bad experience with All Green after using our service for so many years. As stated during our phone call, service is continuous from year to year unless we are notified to make a change. This is a standard practice among the lawn care industry.There is a sentence to that effect on every correspondence from our office, usually twice. This policy was also included on the two off season letters that we sent you that detailed your 2022 scheduled services. We were not notified that you did not want to continue, so the service was done. We’re sorry for the confusion, but we did call you and even left a message stating we would be out the next day. We did not get a call back not to do it. We wish you and your lawn well.
