Stackhouse team was great when I sold my home. Made everything easy, answered all questions quickly and even helped me out with making it easier to sign paperwork after my printer broke.

I cant say enough great things about this team. From the first initial phone call expressing our interest in buying a house to closing, they were by our side every step of the way. As first time home buyers, this seemed like a really intimidating process but they made it so smooth and easy for us! Buying a house in this economy could have been a real hassle but the Stackhouse team kept our spirits up and didnt let us feel defeated when some of our offers werent accepted. I highly recommend them and will always go back to them for future sales and purchases!

The Stackhouse Team did an exceptional job with the entire process of selling my home in a timely manner. Reagan, Mariah, and Kyrsten are also super personal, professional, and very detailed. The Stackhouse Team offers a competitive package which included hiring a team to clean the house, professionally inspect and stage the home prior to listing. The Stackhouse Teams advertisement is phenomenal, using several sites to post the listing. They also hired a professional photographer that not only took pictures but created a video for the home which is also included in their package. Once the house was PENDING, they immediately removed their sign from the yard and started working towards closing. I am extremely satisfied and grateful. Communication was always in a timely manner (email, text and when needed a phone call). My preference when selling my home was to have minimal involvement. I personally preferred the Stackhouse team to take care of everything and include me only when needed. They did a wonderful job! I would recommend the Stackhouse Team when selling or buying. I will definitely use them in the future.
