Been going off and on for 5 years, always do a great job and very friendly staff. I went to Q Nails on 6/22/23. As I entered I was told pick out a color after telling the guy what services I wanted. He then gave me a price list. I was there 30 minutes prior to 4 WHITE patrons entered. They all wanted pedicures. The owner (female) looked in my direction and said to me do you have an appointment I replied no. She said I needed an appointment 2-3 days prior to. I was stunned after waiting so long. I asked the WHITE patrons that just walked in did they make an appointment of course they ALL said NO! I was so outdone. Yes I am a BLACK woman.

Very rushed service. Not a massage at all. She set a timer for the stone and massage part of the pedicure. Their tools are not sanitized. She washed the tools out in my dirty foot water and put them back in her caddy. Definitely not worth $45 will not be back.

I just left here and immediately had to run and write this review. I am shedding tears over my nails.... Never in my life have I paid $55 for dip!!!!! I had to soak off my old dip in small dirty acetone cups. I am used to at least a medium sized bowl that I can stick all 10 fingers in but they could have at least gave me a sanitized bowl.. She even pulled out a dirty medicine cup to put one fingernail in. I am leaving with a ton of sticky dip residue all over my fingers. The shape is not right my cuticles are flooded. Every time I asked her to fix something, they talked bad about me. Just because I can't speak your language does not mean I am stupid!!! I just cannot believe my experience.... I went back in after paying to verify the amount, and she did say that was correct. After everything and her realizing that I am not happy, why did I not receive at least half of my money back? Instead, I get to cry my way home about wasted money. I came for the support of a friend. I didn't necessarily have the money to blow on bad service. Listen to the reviews and don't come here....
