The staff was super friendly. The drinks were decently priced. Got a Pedi. They were out of most of the scents. But other than that, I definitely recommend trying them

Everyone seemed really nice when I walked in. My nail tech 'Lisa' in chair 8 was not so friendly. She barely talked the entire time. I was getting an acrylic fill and wanted white tips, and she told me no and I needed to pick a color. She never asked how I wanted them shaped or if I needed them trimmed down. They look decent from a distance but up close you can see a lot of imperfections such as acrylic on my cuticles. I was going to ask for someone else to fix them but I had already been there an hour and a half. She was also very rough always tugging and twisting my hands. I have been getting my nails done a very long time and never experienced someone so rough.
I have been there before and had good experiences though. They are always steady and it is somewhat cramped.

Went to get a full set for my birthday gift from a friend. They were all super friendly and accommodating. My set and Pedi turned out AMAZING! EXACTLY what I wanted.Thank you, Vincent and staff!
Added note: My friend also got a pedicure and he is overly satisfied. His mother is in the same business I'm ATL and that says something about the "high bar" he has to judge from. Again, Thank you Queen Nails!
