        I bought a peony plant last year and the lady that helped me said the blooming period was past, but I bought it anyway, for next season.  What I had forgotten was that we were due to move before next blooming season so I tried to return it.  When I spoke to a different lady, the owner, I believe, told me that it would still bloom this season and not to worry.  Well...the little bud that was there never bloomed and the plant didn't survive. I was a little upset because I felt that I was deceived to keep from refunding me the money.
