Bauermeister Tree Service

I had a great experience with this company previously. Fast quote, good work, excellent cleanup, good value. I need more trees dealt with so I have called three times; two broken appointments (they didn't show up). Not sure what they are going through but they need to deal with it. I went to another tree service this time.

Mike and the guys were amazingly hard working and kind. They cleared over 2 acres of solid woods for our house build and did a great job at a great rate. Would recommend them any day!

We rehired this business because we had a great experience with them in the past (when they were owned by Bauermeister). This time when they arrived, we were told the current business owner procured this business from Bauermeister in 2022. The actual trimming was fine but there was NO cleanup. They left a rake so were told to get the rake and call us back about the cleanup. The person answering the phone said she would let the (new) owner know and someone would get back to us. Someone came during the night and picked up the rake but NO response about the cleanup. The deck, front yard, back yard and roof were a mess. They also broke a flower pot and never told us. We had already told them we would remove the stacked limbs ourselves so that saved them some work, but they knew (and had been told) cleanup was included in the price. We will be looking for a new tree trimming company. Service: Tree trimming & pruning
