I did use this business and paid them promptly. I am highly disappointed with the outcome of the service as they started our strong then seemed to fall off the job. They promised me with restoration of my grass with seed, fertilizer and straw which they never completed. Im still trying to put grass seed and Ive purchased seed, straw, etc. I spent $5500 with the understanding that this woul be to completion. Im a widow, with disability and I am not satisfied! On a new build Arroyo services did both the rough and fine grades on my yard. They have come out to "repair" their work and it is still not draining properly.
Once notified, the builder had stopped communicating with both parties, they came out and discussed options for repair. When the ground was dry they came out and made necessary repairs, allowing proper drainage. I'm so thankful for their professionalism and willingness to help me with this situation. They do amazing work and really care about their work and want a satisfied customer.
