Enterprise Rent-A-Car

While my reservation had issues the team worked to get me into a vehicle fast. Because of the issues then not only did I get discounted for my troubles but I was upgraded into a luxury class SUV. I use Enterprise for all my rental needs and they always go above and beyond what is expected.

The service was great, communication was good and they made me feel welcomed the moment I walked through the door all the way until I left out with the rental. Just good service overall.

I have never had a worse travel experience than the one enterprise has caused me. I won a tshirt for the worst travel story during my business trip!! Another enterprise location had given my reservation away and didn't have any available so I had to go to another branch. I booked through concur my businesses travel site as instructed. Heather tells me they don't have any intermediate cars (even though the booking went through for it) and that since I didn't give them 6 hours I'd have to pay for the upgrade which was a luxury suv and double the price. My boss spoke with Robbie and they agreed to resolve the issue. As soon as my boss gets off the phone THE INTERMEDIATE CAR MAGICALLY APPEARS. I leave and everything is fine fast forward to today and I go to pickup food I ordered THE CAR WILL NOT WORK AT ALL!!!!!!!! They knew something was wrong with this vehicle and that's exactly why they said it was not available at first!!! In park or reverse it would not move at all but rolled out of the space. I tried to push it back in and it rolled back fast and hit my shoulder! I HAD TO WALK TO GET MY PICKUP FOOD ORDER IN 27 DEGREE WEATHER. I HAD TO UBER TO CHICAGO TO GET A NEW CAR!!!!!!!!!!! It took over 3 hours to get that resolved..... then the new car won't connect to my phone (even though it was plugged in and playing my music) so I can have my GPS on the display THIS MAN TELLS ME TO PUT MY PHONE IN THE CUPHOLDER! I didn't get back to my hotel until 1am and had to get up at 6am to go to work. I cannot believe this happened..... all of it.

Go see Joe and his team, they are very patient and just on top of it. I will return to them for every car rental!
