Edwards Payroll & Tax

Still recovering from the changes; LLC to incorporating. These were done incorrectly and we almost lost an insurance contract. We had to push client referrals back 6 months with one insurance due to the tax ID number change. She got very upset when we moved our business elsewhere. Its been a few years and we had another issue recently. The LLC was still showing as a business with the old tax ID number! Im concerned we will still have issues after rectifying this. I debated for a long time on posting this but as we keep experiencing the effects from how it was handled, Ive chosen to post.

Lacks knowledge in the area she claims to be a professional. After several mistakes with payroll and business organization, it was time to terminate our business dealings. Ms. Edwards became unprofessional, threatening vengeance, sending harassing emails, stating charges would be made for additional "services" (talking on the phone), and was unable to part ways amicably. She threatened to try to harm my business if I shared about my experience with her. She refused to cooperate with the new payroll company and we are now entering into legal proceedings. Small businesses beware. We almost closed our doors right out of the gate due to her errors.

Debbie is AWESOME! I live out of state and I work in the middle of the ocean, but not a problem for Debbie. She conquered my taxes with ease. I also had her file my LLC. GREAT JOB!!!
