Now permanently closed. Employees were told when they showed up. Food and employees were always great, can no longer say that of management and the company.

My boyfriend and I both ended up with food poisoning after dining at this establishment. We both had some variation of chicken and the loaded potato soup, all of which was low quality and highly disappointing. The establishment itself was mildly clean with decent service, the waitress we had was nice but not very attentive. Overall it was not a great experience between the food itself and the establishment, we will not be returning.

We loved O'Charlys of Richmond, Indiana. We are surprised and saddened that it closed down. The quality of the food, nor price was affected by covid like most other steak houses around that area. The staff were always friendly, and often went out of their way to make the customer smile. ~No one paid me to say all that!
