I have worked with Marty several times both buying & selling. Hes made it very easy & stress free as he handles all the details and nonsense that can be stressful. What I appreciate the most is that he is honest and upfront. He tells you the good, bad, and ugly so your expectations are realistic and he isnt pushy. Last year he sold my house with 1 showing while helping negotiate the price I wanted for the house I was buying. It was a complete win/win for me. Marty made the whole first time home buying experience not only fun, but easy. My self and my husband were beyond pleased with the service Marty provided us before, during, and after our purchase. I was particular in what I wanted for our first home, and even though I struggled in telling him exactly what I wanted, Marty paid attention to the cues, and signs I gave off while looking and was able to find us exactly what we wanted.
