Union at Wiley

I'm so excited to be in my new two-bedroom apartment with the help of The staff at this facility, I'm finally able to take a deep breath Knowing that I have some where to call my own. Everything about this place is amazing. Brand new appliances, fresh carpet and hardwood energy. Efficient lighting and a washer and dryer to boot. When I came out here in 2010 to Iowa and started seeking higher education, I never thought it would take 14 years until I found a place that was an affordable, nice and reasonable place to live. That also didn't make you walk 10 blocks to wash your clothes. I'm excited and I do not regret choosing Union at Wiley.

Love the staff excellent communication also there willing to go above and beyond the call for satisfaction been a tenant for a year in a month or so. Highly recommended

Hopefully I will be able to rate 5 stars soon! The main lady in the office is very patient. And very professional. Only 4 stars cause we have been waiting about a week for our application to go through. But when i spoke to The lady she nicely explained that they are very slammed and it should be arriving shortly. so here is to being able to rent from here hopefully cause it looks beautiful Update: I have lived here for a little over a month now and it is absolutely wonderful. The apartment itself is gorgeous! And the office ladies are so helpful. Also updated my review to 5 stars!
