        Going down hill.  Used to be the perfect nail studio.  Not sure what happened. Same owners, young couple. Owners speak English and are able to communicate. Minimal staff, obviously due to more and more lack of customers walking in.  Equipment extremely dated, right out dangerous, simply yukky.  Location has become more questionable due to some recent crimes nearby. Prices are average or above and service itself has been better prior.
