I came here after shopping around a bit and was helped as soon as I walked in the door. They had great prices and were able to answer all of my questions. I considered buying online due, but I am glad I didn't as I now a place to go if I need help down the line! I'm already planning to stop at their text during RAGBRAI this year!

Great experience. Nothing but respect and sincerity, not even any reflexive fat jokes. I came in knowing more or less what I wanted, they agreed it was a great choice, and helped me buy it and fit it for me.

Revised review. Do not have this place do repair or service work on your bike. After a few bad service and repair issues we stopped going here. I just found out that they put two spokes in the rear wheel that were too short of one of our bikes. We have purchased two new bikes and have all of our service work done somewhere else. We will never return to Northtowne. OLD, Most of the staff are very helpful and friendly. We purchased two bikes, gear and have all of our maintenance and repair done here.

I called with what I thought was an impossible timeline to get a Thule roof rack and Derek made it happen. My wife and I had to travel to Maine for several weeks and really needed the extra room and the roof rack and storage container is what would work for us. Derek took the time with me on the phone, we got the parts ordered and installed within my very tight timeline. I really appreciate this type of costumer service.
