Cal did a terrific job as our real estate agent as we searched for a new home in Cedar Rapids. The houses he chose for us showed a clear understanding of the kind of properties we were looking for. He found our new house for us just as it was listed. There were no photos in the listing so Cal found a previous listing of the house to show us that it was worth seeing, took us to see it before any other showings were booked, and put us in a position to be able to submit a quick and ultimately successful offer before any other showings were booked, ensuring we got the house of our dreams with little competition in what was a very hot sellers market. I had 2 other agents before I was introduced to Cal Ernst. From start to finish he worked day and night to find me everything I was looking for in a home. He even went and looked at homes on my behalf so I wouldn't have to burn gas unless he thought it was worth my time. He was so helpful, understanding and just an all around honest and nice guy.
