A colleague and close friends mother died. Had something amazing I was looking forward to having engraved. Called the first time and spoke with a woman who seemed very nice and knowledgeable and said she should be able to do it. I needed to email her what I wanted engraved so I called back to get the email address, no answer. I called multiple times everyday for 2 weeks (literally, not an exaggeration) during business hours, and the phone would either ring a few times and go to voicemail or ring many times and then just hang up. After 2 weeks I am now going to find someone else to engrave my friends memorial piece.....Horrible business practices, I don't recommend them to anyone.

Our company orders from Steve at Solberg's regularly. The team is always nice and helpful. We appreciate their prompt service and quick turnaround time for the custom items we order. I would highly recommend their service to anyone.

These guys do all my printing for my Hockey Association. Excellent prices, great customer service.
