Such a good property management company! I have worked with others that were bad at communicating and wouldn't work with me. Freedom REMI does take their tenants into consideration. And I have had pleasant interactions with them every time I've spoken with them.

They don't take care of the road in the parking lot or sideways. Literally stuck in my apartment

I really had a great experience with the company as a whole and the staff. I couldn't recommend them more! They were very professional and prompt when needing repairs.

Rented an Apartment from them at Chalet South, where a fire occurred december 5th due to a tenant, still officially cant get into apartment, it is about 2 months after the fire no one claims responsibility especially not Freedom Remi, we were allowed half a day on 1/19/2024 to grab items and the whole apartment building with 24 units was vandalized and no one including IFIC investigators or Freedom Remi are claiming any responsibility, the building was NOT secure apartment doors were left open no locks placed, burglars had a hay day going through ALL apartments taking whatever they wanted, these people are disgusting and would never rent from them again. They had issues with the AC every summer and it would take forever to fix and they would just keep making excuses over the phone, I have picture from this last summer of the apartment being 95 degrees.
