terrible staff. horribly rude. i have never banked at a place that’s given me so much trouble. not only has banking with wells fargo been difficult, but this branch specifically always treats me so badly that i’ve left this building crying before. i really hope the decide to get some new employees. not a single one has shown me kindness. they have pretended to not see me for 15+ minutes, sighs and eye rolls when i ask questions (and i mean dramatically), and staff has straight up lied to me about my account more than once just to get me out of the building. i don’t know what i could have done to these people, but the staff here has convinced me to switch banks and never go to a wells fargo ago. best decision i’ve ever made, haven’t had trouble banking since. would never recommend this place.
