Place an order for a motorcycle tire,, no response to emails or voice mail been almost a month since order placed. They took payment right away. Feels like it's a scam!!

EDIT: After posting the below, the owner cancelled and refunded my order. Still not a great customer experience, but I am thankful that in the end they made it right by at least refunding the order. I ordered parts from bb racing's website, after 1 month with no updates I emailed to see what the status was and I got no response. At that time I called and spoke to the owner and he said the parts would ship within a week. It's now been over 3 months since I ordered the parts and have not received them or any update. I have called, texted, emailed, messaged on instagram and have asked for a refund multiple times with no response now.

Did an online order in December never received my parts after finding out it was backorder no communication finally canceled my ordered on the 10th of April and here it is the 18th and still have not gotten my refund

Just purchased a lithium battery from these folks. Awesome customer service, I was receiving emails after hours and quickly to help aid in a different purchase as the one I initially wanted was out of stock. Highly recommend! Battery fit perfect and has surpassed my expectations by far! Thanks again!
