The music is way to Loud. The noise was horrible. You couldn't hear conversations at our table because of the loud noise.

Had an amazing night tonight spending time with family. Sean was our server and he has the BEST attitude/personality. High quality food and great atmosphere. I would give more stars if I could!

My family and I thought the food here was great. The cleanliness of the restaurant, on the other hand, was pretty disappointing. We arrived right at 11:00 when the restaurant opened. Immediately, we noticed that the front door hadnt been cleaned in a long, long time. There were greasy finger prints on both sides of it, which made for a pretty bad first impression. Once inside, the situation wasnt much better. Pretty much every area of this location looked like it had been neglected and was in need of a deep cleaning. Again, I stress that this was right when the restaurant opened. Wouldnt the early crew want to tidy things up a bit and start fresh for the day, before customers start filing in? Even though the food was tasty, we couldnt help but wonder to ourselves If the dining room is this filthy, how bad must the kitchen area be? Luckily, nobody got sick, but Id be a bit apprehensive about eating at this Red Robin location again. Thats really unfortunate, because we love Red Robin and this is our closest location.
