Triton is awesome! I have used them several times over the years. Sam is great and always walks me through my plumbing issues and also informed me of American Water and Resources (insurance) that covers a lot of my sewer issues!! Always goes above and beyond! Erin also is very pleasant when scheduling and has squeezed me in before! They are my plumbing company!!

Watch your warranty time limit. Take care of your windows doors etc. on seals and parts.

Sam and the office staff are fantastic! I needed a letter stating that I did not have Orangeburg pipe and even though it was very late in the day they sent my letter that evening! Thank you Triton!

Long story short my mom had some plumbing issues I called around to a couple places they didn't answer the phone I called Triton cannot for the life of me remember the girl's name that I talked to very helpful very knowledgeable, helpful and if I could I would give them 10 stars she provided the name and back ground of the tech tone date reiterated all info and was very patient with me because my phone died on her twice and like t he professional she clearly is called me back twice lol and picked up like she didn't get him up on twice lol dana maybe ? Is her name if she reads this review she will know who she is I works like to say my personal opinion is she deserves a permotion , raise and employees of the month on thr wall outstanding customer service and i will recommend Triton to anyone have any issues that might be reading this right now you won't be disappointed by calling in promise thanks again triton
