Very friendly staff. Work is always done right 1st time. Adam Delmege is a great technician and explained everything to me about the work he did. Ive used Gabus Ford about 10 years and wouldnt even thing of going elsewhere.

Although we ultimately didn't end up purchasing a vehicle here, the sales team (Steve and Jamie) were absolutely superb! A knowledgeable and friendly sales team can truly make the car-buying process enjoyable and stress-free and these gentleman embody that. I would highly recommend giving them a look if you're in need of a vehicle.

My experience with Ben as a service advisor has always been positive. He is professional and responsive. My issue lies with the questionable work quality. I bought my car at Gabus and have had it serviced there until my warranty expired roughly 6 months ago. My 2016 Ford Edge needs a new oil pan, AGAIN. This is the 3rd oil pan replacement in less than 5 years. The cost is roughly $1500 to repair. There is a bulletin from Ford regarding the oil pan issues, so this is a known problem. I escalated the situation and was told because my car is over 7 years old, they can't subsidize the cost of the repair because Ford will not reimburse Gabus due to age of my car. My car may be more than 7 years old, but the part and the work was done within the last two years. For those of you reading this.....the oil pan is a recurring problem with several Ford models, so do your homework and beware before buying a Ford. While the employees have always been professional, there is an exception to every rule. Gabus should take ownership of the failure in the part and/or installation and absorb the cost for this repair. I will no longer do business with Gabus or Ford due to lack of quality and not standing behind your products.
