Bad service called order pizza. 15 minutes later they said there was no order or name on their list.

First off I was shocked by the increased prices of the hot and ready pizza. The parking lot is very small and during busy times I think it could be tight and hard to get out. The establishment was clean and well stocked. The gal working didn't talk at all. I walked up to the counter and said hello, straight faced she just looked at me. I told her what I wanted she grabbed it, showed the pizza, closed the box and rang it up. Again didn't say anything. On the card reader the price came up and I paid. I asked for a receipt after and she rolled her eyes and printed it out. In the parking lot there was a group of about 6 people that were just hanging around at 10:30 pm.

Well it was / Used to be hot and fresh like they asvertise . But apparently while the cat is away the mice will play. The first problem was that they gave my puffs away to the drive-thru TWICE, then after waiting literally Over a half an hour for a 15 minute order, " per theeir own words," Well then I finally get my order and the wifes Pepperoni Pan Pizza I noticed had not even been put in the warmer oven Yep they left in on the cut & box counter !!! I can't wait till the next time I'm in there, yes I will go back " they generally speaking normally the best in town... But sure as heck Not this tine. But i will talk to the owner. She's always been wonderful. And they have had a good business going there. I hope and pray they don't let the young kids run it into the ground in your absence. PLEASE GET IT BACK TOGETHER....
