DO NOT RENT FOR BUDGET! I woke up to an email 2.5 hours before I was supposed to pick up my moving truck saying my reservation was canceled during the busiest moving season of the year in a college town. They had no other trucks in the area for the time frame I needed and what they were willing to offer was $300 more than what I originally paid 6 months in advance for!!!

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE PERIOD. If I could give this company as a whole 0 stars, I would. I made a reservation weeks prior to my move of 1800 miles across the country. Today I went to pick up the 16 foot box truck along with a car tow. I drove 4 hours total to get this mind you. Long story short they didnt not have the trailer that I reserved! Not one with in the next 400 MILES! I move in 3 days. The lady who was trying to help me had called customer support and they HUNG UP ON HER! MID CONVERSATION. Absolutely unacceptable. This company is a joke and I hope my review can prevent someone else from having to go through what I just did. Budget truck should be embarrassed. Whoever running this should be beyond fired. If you were like me and wanted to save a couple hundred dollars, just call Uhaul and ask for a price match instead of wasting a breath on this company. Seriously stay away!!!
