        So I went to get my taxes done. Explained to Jennifer that I needed to do my 2023 taxes and my 2022 1099 taxes i already filed my 2022 w-2. So she said oh its ok we can do it! Ok so we did them march 16 I think! A week later she calls and says um you already files your 2022 taxes I was like yes I told you I did I just need to do my 1099 and you said ok we can do that! And she was like ok so it needs to be amendment Im like ok so a week goes by no call nothing I call she says you need to to pay extra! Uh Why?? Your the tax person you should know what to do So she was like well you shouldve told me you needed an amendment So whatever I got an argument with her and I told her I want to talk to Martina, because Martina was the one that helped us originally with the taxes so she was like well shes not here im like OK so I called back five days later which was actually Saturday and she was Martino with somebody so I left my name in my phone number for her to call me back. Still never got a call back. Nobody has called to say anything about my 2022 taxes I paid $1055 to have all my taxes done , I didnt even get the right amount. I was originally supposed to get so hopefully someone at Jackson who sees this and contacts me because obviously the people at your office I was at the office dont know what theyre doing and dont up to their mistakes and I guess just think like , they dont need to take care of the problem they messed up on, so are you guys I would definitely not have your taxes done there at least have your amendments done there!!!
