        Been going to Healthy Smiles for 2 years and each visit is quick and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

        Dr. Vanessa is so great, kind, gentle and does great work. Her whole staff right up to the front desk actually !

        I wouldnt go here even if it was my only choice. They are beyond rude and hang up the phone on you because they think youre too poor to go there and they want nothing to do with you. The front desk lady hung up on me THREE TIMES when all I asked was if they accept my insurance which apparently she thinks I dont deserve the respect to just politely say no, she chooses to hang up on you to humiliate you. Why would you hire someone like that in healthcare? Ill be contacting higher ups because I am just blown away, truly unbelievable and sad you allow your workers to treat others like that. EDITED TO ADD: I have the call log. Try gaslighting someone else and own up to your terrible employees. I will not be silenced by your unprofessional business and will continue to spread word and take proper actions against your horrible company.

      I am sorry you had such a bad experience. But knowing how wonderful, courteous and professional our receptionist and entire team is, I am inclined to think you are leaving this review for the wrong office. I wish you goodluck on your search for a dental home.
