Just visited someone there however I worked there several years ago.. the suites are amazing like I've never seen anywhere else and I've worked alot of housekeeping in different places and never seen anything like them before! However it's called the travel lodge now and I hear they do set curfews for their guests not sure if it for the ones who are staying longterm only or for everyone. Still think that's odd but I've heard it from 4 people I know personally. But from what I've seen it looks great and haven't heard anything else bad. I would definitely stay there myself if I needed! They used to have a pool and hot tub not sure if they still do. None smoking through the whole hotel. Rooms: Seem average and clean Nearby activities: It's right in the business district Safety: Locked entry's and cameras Walkability: Can walk to get food or shop, perfect location! Food & drinks: Lots of restaurants

Got to love people that make fake reviews just because they don't get what they want. Paula should be removed and her husbands. Stayed a week free while owners waited to be paid and then when the church paid for ONE night she forged it for 450$ to pay the week they hadn't paid yet. Smh. It actually is very nice. I should know I was sleeping with her there while her husband was at work. She told me when she first checked in how awesome it was and how clean..and that she even had new towels, sheets and comforter. She didn't get her way so they made fake reviewd. She was even arrested for the check. Smh this hotel is very very clean . And.workers are very nice.

This is the Muscatine meth head motel. I got overcharged for my room twice in a row, I was promised a refund that never came. Most of the things they advertise saying they have are a lie. "The largest indoor pool" is empty. Half of the "fantasy rooms" are under construction. There is NO security on any outside door except the front entrance. The ice machine is broken. The "continental breakfast" is a joke. It's in a decent location, but there are plenty of nicer places in the same area. They're charging $70 to $200 per night but really should be charging $7 to $20 per night and you'd still be overpaying. Bottom line, if you want to stay in a dump, this is the place for you, but if you're looking for something nice, avoid this place like the plague.

Not usually one to complain about things but this hotel should of never opened after the new owners took over until everything's was fixed. The pool is closed due to a hole in the roof the was suppose to be fixed already and isn't. The room was absolutely disgusting, towels and hand towels, washclothes were absolutely disgusting smelled liked cigarettes and looked liked someone picked their nose and wiped it in them. They only gave us those 1x the whole 3 weeks we were there, never once cleaned our room we brought our vaccum and stuff to clean the room. They definitely need some better employees and maybe shut down for a lil bit until they get the place fixed. When people ran water upstairs it sound like it was coming down the wall into our room. Our sink leaked forever and then they finally fixed it. We had to go find someone just to get toilet paper when we needed it. If I had the choice I would of not of stayed here more than 1 night max. Breakfast wasn't served like it was supposed to be. Worst experience ever besides the location of the place.
