Jenn and her team went above and beyond to ensure that we got me to where I needed to be to get my first ever home. The 2 banks I went to were excited with me when I wanted to get a home but that faded and communication literally stopped at the first hiccup, whereas Jenn said "hey don't stress. We got this! We just need to do x y and z" and that communication and consistent communication is what I appreciated. She and her team stood by me and saw it through until the end which allowed me to purchase my first ever home and my forever home for my family and me. Thank you Jenn! Jenn is wonderful to work with and comes highly recommended. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, and efficient! She was full of options and connections when we ran into a few snags, but kept communications timely up until we successfully closed!
