        We purchase several items from auction house, but one of the items was not was what is was made out to be. Called Legacy since we are long time customers from out of state and have purchased lots of items and have spent thousands of dollars with them. Leon was not helpful and not willing to make it right, and could care less that he was misleading his customer. Well they have lost us as customers, and just want people to BEWARE OF THE FRUAD THAT IS GOING ON!!!!!!!

        Have bought ALOT of "things" from this auction house, but this was the last time....The last item I purchased was listed as a quilt with a picture taken of a single quilt. Failed to mention (or take a picture) that the quilt had a tag that said "made in China." Sent pictures to the receptionist as per her request. She acknowledged my concern. Spoke with auction service owner "Leon" who's response was "well, it was sewn together." He was dismissive. Totally misleading auction company. Would not recommend.

        My winning bid was handled quickly and professionally. But the really winning 'bid' was when Legacy handled my own personal auction at 14088 U Ave, Dike IA. I didn't know them, hadn't heard of them but decided to go with their services. I had just lost my husband of 45 years and had a lot on my plate but Legacy was so understanding, considerate, and professional, I never once regretted my choice of them. The system and speed of what they do is amazing!! We had 9 outbuildings and they handled it all...lock, stock, and barrel! I felt they made the best money possible and more. You have really missed out if you don't choice this company!
