We are so lucky to have found Donna Levering, Realtor extraordinaire! From the first time we met her a couple years ago, we knew that one day if we needed her expertise, we would call upon her and we are so fortunate we did. Donna worked hard to find a buyer for the sale of our two properties, she is quite knowledgeable and did her homework and covered everything from beginning to end. She is kind, caring, professional, honest, sincere and such a delight. Donna was absolutely amazing to work with. She went above and beyond through the entire process of both selling and buying. She navigated me thru the ups and downs of the market, and in the end negotiated a great deal to get me into my new house.

Donna helped me buy my first home! She was prompt, looked out for my interests, and made sure to help me understand anything I may not have known. She was really helpful, easily reachable, and went out of her way in so many small, yet vital, ways! I'd absolutely recommend her for anyone buying/selling a home.

My husband and I expecting to retire in the next 3-5 years and had already begun the search for our perfect retirement home. On Christmas Day, my husband Thomas found a house in Des Moines that ticked all of our boxes. On the day after Christmas, we contacted our local realtor who in turn contacted the listing agent for the home - Donna. Later that day, Donna conducted a video tour of the home for us. Thomas then booked a flight to Des Moines over New Year's weekend to see the home in person. Not only did Donna show him the house, but she also gave him a tour of Des Moines proper and answered the questions he had about the city. The day after Thomas got back home, we put in an offer on the property, and closed on February 22. Throughout the entire process, Donna was available by text, email, and phone, and answered all of our questions or guided us to the appropriate people. We could not have asked for better service. This was the first time either Thomas or I had purchased a property out of state, and Donna's local knowledge and contacts - including a property manager, as it will be a couple of years before we retire - were invaluable in the process. We're so grateful that she was the listing agent, as I can't imagine anyone else would have been as friendly and thorough as she was.
