When I walked into the store I wasn't greeted by any employees. I saw this tall, thin woman with brown hair on her phone, first thinking it was another customer. When getting closer realizing she was an employee and couldn't care less about her job because she was on her phone and seemed to be hiding in the corner in the woman's section. As I got closer I thought maybe she just didn't see me and she would ask if I needed help. No, this did not happen. She seemed to be talking on video chat on her phone without a care in the world. She also had no name tag on so I have no idea who this employee is. As I walked around the store there were other employees there who did see me and who did ask if I needed help with anything and were very friendly and helpful. The only reason I'm giving 1 star is souly based on the employees who did help me, otherwise I would have given 0 stars.

Jenny has terrible customer service and bad manners. Made me feel stupid and degraded. I spent money and in return felt that way. No one should come here to give them business. You would think in a dying mall they would be nicer in general to gain business...
