      image We thought Tona was VERY unprofessional when our appointment was with HER. She was with us for a couple of minutes when another worker was apparently having problems with figuring out what she was supposed to do. Tona left us, went to the other station to do the other girl's client, and sent the other worker to us to work on our taxes. When I called to make the appointment, I SPECIFICALLY said I wanted someone who knew what they were doing. I don't know if we will go back or not. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!
