Kevin goes above and beyond! This was my third time selling a home and Kevin as my agent far surpassed my expectations. His communication was fast and efficient, including sending videos of the property when he visited to show what work was recently done and where work remained to do. I was out of state and Kevin handled everything! He recommended some great people to do some work when those I had used previously weren't available, and the quality was great at a very reasonable price, and Kevin even even did some work himself. Kevin has sold two houses for me. I don't think you could find a more honest and responsive person in the real estate industry.
