Victory Hills Apartments

Love my apartment and staff. The hallway carpets need to be replaced. They were recently cleaned but you couldn't tell. If replaced this would help with bed bug and roach problems.

Building has been found unfit. Residents have till January 27, 2023 to move out. Info coming from a family member who lives there.

Bedbugs Not only seniors Its a bit of a dump, the rooms are nice but the building it self is filthy. Doesnt look like its been thoroughly cleaned in years. The inside was obviously a hotel at some point and it still feels like it. Pour lighting in the hallway, cheap paint job some areas not fully painted. Very old stained carpet some spots being held together with tape. The walls are dinged up some spots have pieces missing. It really dirty i dont beleive they have a cleaning crew. The outsides not much better. The carport is falling apart, found a few dead rats in the parking by the trash. Filthy pair of underwear in the parking lot, pothole all over. The stairs in spots are missing concrete, the side of the building has rust all down it from the AC units. It's dingy and just not very pleasant to walk around in... for the price i would expect something kind of nice. If theres a maintenance staff they need to be fired for the poor look, if they have a cleaning team...they are blind if they think they are cleaning.

Its sad the residents cries wasnt heard a long time ago. Bedbugs, roaches, and who knows what else.
