A wonderful place to call home. A unique blend of living right downtown with the feel of a private neighborhood. Nick and the entire staff have been extremely friendly, helpful, accommodating, and always available to help out with any questions or issues Ive had. Highly recommended.

Living at University Villa Apartments has been a pleasure. I have anxiety so security and quietness is a must. University Villa has a code to enter any of the buildings and I have never lived in apartments so quiet. They are pet friendly which I love because I have two ESA kiddos that I rescued. Nick our Property Manager is one of the most professional and understanding managers that I've met. Toni our maintenance technician is top notch and very quick to get things done. What I like most is they are always asking if there's any maintenance problems to be sure to put in a request and they make it so easy through the residence portal. They are big on cleanliness as well. I've been here for a year now and with new ownership I am staying for a while. It's really a great community. It's a hidden gem.

The staff is friendly and the apartments are well taken care of. It's in a nice spot and very affordable. Would highly recommend!

I've been living here for about 6 months and honestly it's one of the best apartments I've lived in. To be fair I haven't lived anywhere particularly fancy or expensive, so as far as affordable apartments go this is likely one of the best. Honestly Nick and everyone in the office carry this place; I have never lived anywhere with a team that's half as responsive and understanding. I'm used to landlords completely ignoring me until I threaten legal action, so it feels AMAZING to be able to text the leasing office and they immediately begin working on the problem with no eye rolling at me for complaining. I definitely plan to renew our lease when it's up.

When I moved in, they had just switched to new management so I cant say what previous management was like, but the new owners are wonderful!! We love Nick, hes the best. The grounds are always clean, the units are pretty nice for the price. The neighbors are friendly. If we ever had an emergency, the after hours maintenance was there quickly and solved our problems. Best place to live!!
