This is going to be an update to a previous review. This place absolutely sucks. I have lived here for 6 years for personal reasons not by choice and I honestly dont even know why they have leasing agents or property managers. Nobody answers the phones. If you are a few days late on rent they will lock you out of your account without putting notices on your door which is a law in Kansas. Yesterday alone I called the office about 30 times and left voice messages and nobody got back to me yet every time I walk into that office everybody is sitting around at their desk. I have been a leasing agent for a property that was far larger than this one and this is honestly just unacceptable. Not to mention in the 6 years I have been here that management company has been changed at least 10 times. At one point they didnt even have a lease on file for me. Its honestly a joke. These apartments should just be shut down at this point. Southridge apartments have been an unpleasant experience to say the least. I have put in several maintenance requests over the past week and a half for my garbage disposal to get fixed. Let alone the experiences Ive had over the past few years. However there has been every excuse in the book as to why they cant get it done. I have also noticed their Christmas lights up on the office building. Yet maintenance request remain undone. They have put new signage up and have raised peoples rent at least 80-100 without renovating anything aside from the signage on the outside of the apartment. Below you will find pictures of our actual current living situations. It is my right to express the discontent and the foulness of the living environment. As I have already tried to do so with the staff and the BBB. This is my next step.

The truth I am disappointed I just moved but they do something bad they enter the apartments without authorization and do not mind leaving things out of service I arrive from my work at 10 pm and I realize that I can not use my toilet because they left it like that and I didn't know that they had entered my apartment for . I am totally disappointed, I thought I would have a nice experience with them but no. There are two annoying things that enter the apartments without prior notice and without permission, and two dismantle things as necessary as the toilet and leave it out of service. I arrived at my apartment at 10 pm from work and found that they had entered the apartment without permission and my toilet was outside. fatal service

Been here 9 months and still can not get my restroom lights to work. I have to turn on the hallway light for the lights to work. I also had a water leak and my ceiling in the restroom is all gone. I have reported for the last 3 months and no answer from them since. Also the water is always shut off, but when its time for rent they are all over you.

Very bad experience in those buildings... apart from the fact that everything breaks down and there are leaks in the bathrooms, and... Cockroaches and the worst thing is infested with mice I lived for a year and a half and I do not recommend them
