I just called this attorney and gave a short gist of some paperwork I received and that I was seeking some assistance. I didn't even know that I was speaking to an attorney because they just answered the phone casually and so I verified that, first (but it was pretty unprofessional regardless). I spoke for about 30 seconds and was met with "I don't even know what your name is!" and then told to call someone in a different county. Well, Jeffrey, I don't even live in Kansas and my paperwork mentions Olathe and Douglas County and, as I stated in respect to not taking up too much of your time, I don't even know where to begin with all of this.
I went from being excited about seeing your Google reviews and having a KS location and not KCMO that I'd get the pleasure of working with you and within 60 seconds am baffled at the great reviews. That was embarrassing and I hope you take these words and choose to improve rather than lash out and care even less.
