The Crew (and management) were VERY helpful in explaining the mold remediation process and executed the issue well and thoroughly. All my queries were addressed and answered. Working with Pony, Marie, and the fantastic crew that accomplished the work was great!

We called Marie after getting testing done on a property and an astronomical quote. When I questioned the other company about why there was no levels noted when professional mediation doesnt need to be done, with anything under 1% is what I had read, I got a long drawn out reasoning about there being exposure so it needed to be professionally mediated. So fast forward to receiving the quote. My husband decided we needed a second quote before we paid that kind of money out. So he called and Marie answered. He explained testing had been done, and we had vermiculite. She asked what the levels were at. My husband explained what we noted above, there were no levels noted and we questioned the other company about it and what the response was. Marie asked that we email her the report for her to review. She promptly called us back and informed us we did not need to have her company out or any other professional company to have it professionally mediated unless we just wanted to, because the amounts tested were under the 1%. If it would not had been for us looking for a second opinion and her being honest we would have shelled out a crap load of money for a problem we dont have. For now on she will always be our go to, for testing because she was honest and truthful. She knew we had a high bid and she could have easily just came out bid it and tried to get the job. But instead she chose to ask for our results and do a little extra work for us that she didnt have to, and she chose to be truthful and honest. We are extremely grateful for her honesty.

Marvin "Pony" came out to test our vinyl floors for asbestos and prepare an estimate for removal. We got our asbestos results the next day, and it was negative. They were very professional and easy to work with.
