Great place to get anything electronics repaired

Our TV went out due to a thunderstorm. We have a warranty through Asurion and Common Ground was the repair shop. The guy shows up to my house with NO mask on. It doesn't matter if who ever believes masks work or not he should just assume when you walk into a person's house they want you taking appropriate precautions. He breaks the back corner of the back panel on the TV and when he's done repairing the initial problem he sorta just puts the plastic corner back on the tv and leaves. So the TV REPAIR man came into my house mouth breathing all over and ended up breaking my TV and leaving. Update: So the repair guy calls just hours after this review and tells me the backs of these TV's get brittle (tv is just over a year old) and they break. I can understand these can break....... so fix it. He said I need to take it up with my warranty company. If anyone reading this looks at previous reviews there are similar reviews. I'm sure they can repair what you need BUT if they break something YOU are on the hook. So ask yourself before you take things to them, do I want to replace anything that wasn't previously broke

This guy breaks your stuff and doesnt fix it, hell tell you to contact your warranty company
